Seeking a Professional Services Coordinator with excellent customer service, organizational skills and a professional demeanor for a global medical technology company in Irvine.
Responsibilities: You will be the Professional Services Manager’s right-hand person and the glue that holds our department together with our clients.
Administrative aspects of our product’s customer lifecycle from close of sale until the account is handed off to support one hundred (100) days later.
Schedules all installation, training and service visits our customers. Ensures accuracy in a very fast-paced environment.
Manages the calendar balancing customer, staff and revenue demands to support a profitable and well balanced delivery schedule.
Manages Professional Services’ stock of consumable materials and ensures each Implementation Specialist and Field Service Technician’s installation and training materials are replenished as necessary.
Establishes, maintains and updates files, databases, records and/or other documents.
Coordinates all back office onboarding efforts including, but not limited to, creating the customer’s profile in SharePoint, ensuring they receive all welcome and training materials, distributing & collecting readiness documentation and arranging pre- and post-installation training.
Coordinates shipping and fulfillment of our systems in tandem with the installation schedule; closely monitors our product pickups.
Primary customer service contact for the new program; responsible for educating new customers on pre-education requirements, installation & training process and ongoing support & education opportunities.
Works directly with the Professional Services Team to deliver high quality service.
High School Diploma or GED: Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of experience in an office coordination, customer service or administrative role
Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g Outlook, Excel, etc)
Must have work experience in a customer facing role and have strong customer service skills
Strong organizational skills a must
Scheduling experience in a professional setting preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to type 50 WPM
