IT Support Supervisor - Irvine, CA

Seeking an IT Support Supervisor with 5 years applications support experience in a large enterprise environment.  Must have experience leading small teams.

  • Bachelors degree in technical field preferred.  Will consider related technical support experience with team lead function in lieu of degree
  • 5 years applications support experience
  • 2+ years experience as a team lead
  • Experience putting best practices like scorecards, measuring KPIs, cost of tickets, customer satisfaction metrics, automation to reduce tickets or increase first call response 
  • Experience with projects, implementations and rollouts
  • Active Directory experience
  • SCCM or equivalent (Altiris/Landesk) to push software remotely
  • Must have legal right to work in US.  US Citizen/green card holder required
