Human Resources Manager - Anaheim, CA

Seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with 5+ years experience in HR with 2 of those years in management. HRIS, employee relations, recruiting & training experience a must.

  • Support employee relations for organization
  • Handle client group facing trainings and development
  • Support HRIS
  • Assist with Biweekly Payroll processing
  • Support recruiting
  • Assist with the planning and execution of HR programs
  • Act as main HRIS system administrator (ADP, Success Factors).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification or equivalent
  • 5-7 years progressive Human Resources experience required (3+ in HR Manager role)
  • 2-3 years of payroll and HRIS support required (ADP Vantage and Success Factors)
  • Strong understanding of Employee Relations
  • Experience with training client groups and comfortable with conducting trainings as needed
  • Strong understanding of payroll-related regulations required
  • Demonstrated advanced-level experience utilizing Excel, Word, Outlook and other MS Office products required
  • Strong working knowledge of all applicable state and federal laws, guidelines, and regulations pertaining to HR is required
  • Experience with various Human Resources Systems and programs, including: HRMS, Performance Review, LMS and ATS (Experience with ADP and ADP Vantage is highly preferred).

  • Ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, rapid change and adaptation of responses and tactics to fit fluid circumstances.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task while adhering to and meeting deadlines all with an excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Communicating in writing and verbally with entry-level to senior-level professionals, includes providing instructions, clarifying and sharing general information/helping
  • Solid understanding of recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures
